This 1946 Home Invader came to us in rough shape. Rot, water damage, failing floors, and systems that were long past their time. Most people would have called it done.
But we saw the potential.
New Frame
We stripped it down to the bones — removing the damaged structure, rebuilding the floor system, reframing sections, replacing insulation, updating electrical and plumbing, and starting fresh all the way down to a brand-new frame.
Like New
The only pieces we kept original were the vintage metal cabinets and the exterior shell, leaving the character and history of the camper intact while giving it a completely new life.
Now it’s a perfect blend of 1946 vintage charm and modern functionality.

Water Damage Catastrophe

Before - Removed the old trim and cleaned the area.
This horse trailer needed trim but the manufacture no longer makes the direct replacement. Our Technician Brandon, hand cut diamond plate to give it a one of a kind custom look.

Water Damage Catastrophe
Would you believe me if I told you this crushed jug of water did a whole lot of damage? We are replacing the bedroom slides and the floor throughout from a simple mistake of leaving this in the unit. The water was able to work its way down in the slide floor and hold internally due to the plastic shield on the bottom of the slide. The shield worked as a pan to hold the water in it and allow moisture to rot the wood.
