Luke Underwood
This gooseneck came in with some serious rust and wear. With broken lights and non-working brakes.
This doesn't even look like the same trailer! We gave it a fresh new coat of paint, new LED lights, new reflective stickers and a break away cable.
How the process works:
Give us a call – All warranty claims will require: manufacturer name, model number, serial number, date of purchase, year, make, model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your RV and any warranty policy information that you have.
Schedule a service appointment – Once you are on the schedule, our technicians will diagnose the cause of your issue, take any required photographs and help determine the appropriate course of action.
Process the claim – Nomadic will work with your extended warranty provider to complete the warranty claim process and communicate our findings back to you.
Schedule repair service – Parts may need to be ordered to complete your repair. If we are not able to complete your repair and process your claim during your initial visit, a follow-up visit will be required to complete your repair. Also, we will communicate to you any deductibles that may be required under your specific warranty contract.
